INFORMATION BULLETIN
In accordance with Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December, Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A. provides written reporting channels that allow the direct and confidential transmission of the occurrences listed in article 2 of the aforementioned law, when applicable to the sector in question.

Identity protection and confidentiality
Information, evidence and facts regarding any occurrences relating to the above legal regime may be provided anonymously or by identifying oneself.
Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A. advises participants to provide at least one means by which they can be contacted at a later date, should this prove necessary, as part of the processing of the participation, notwithstanding the possibility of submitting anonymous participations.
If you wish to remain anonymous, you should not submit any personal or other information that would allow identification.
Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A. may request additional elements and information from the complainant in order to obtain a clear and complete understanding of the situation exposed.
Confidentiality about the identity of the author of the report will be guaranteed at all times or until such time as this information is required to safeguard the rights of defence of those concerned by the report, in the context of the proceedings to which it gives rise.
Procedures applicable to the receipt of information, evidence and complaints
Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A. will notify you in writing of the receipt of information, evidence or complaints, either electronically or by letter, if you have indicated a contact for this purpose, except in situations where you have expressly stated otherwise or it is foreseeable that such communication may jeopardise your anonymity.
If the facts, evidence or information communicated relate to offences that may fall within the remit of other entities, Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A. will inform you of this – whenever possible – and it will be up to you to decide whether to send them to the competent entity.
These channels can be used by any entity, natural or legal, related to Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A (including employees, suppliers, service providers, collaborators, shareholders, trainees and other interested parties).
All reports must be made in good faith and on reasonable grounds.
Communicating false information, facts or sending evidence to Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A. constitutes a very serious administrative offence and may give rise to criminal liability.
