Information, evidence and facts regarding any occurrences relating to the above legal regime may be provided anonymously or by identifying oneself.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A. advises participants to provide at least one means by which they can be contacted at a later date, should this prove necessary, as part of the processing of the participation, notwithstanding the possibility of submitting anonymous participations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Procedures applicable to the receipt of information, evidence and complaints<\/strong><\/p>

Sociedade Hoteleira Seoane S.A. will notify you in writing of the receipt of information, evidence or complaints, either electronically or by letter, if you have indicated a contact for this purpose, except in situations where you have expressly stated otherwise or it is foreseeable that such communication may jeopardise your anonymity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
