Olissippo Hotels Announcement – COVID-19

Announcement
The present context related to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis has forced us to adopt extraordinary measures in order to assure the defense of public health and the upholding of the guidelines issued by the General Health Department and the Portuguese Government.

We, at Olissippo Hotels, are constantly working towards the reopening of our hotels and company Head Office, and with this in mind, are currently elaborating a working plan with “COVID free” procedures, that when put into place will assure the hygiene and safety conditions for our Guest and Staff by the time our activity is resumed.

During the immediate future, and as the conditions that allow us to keep our hotels in a regular working environment are not yet attained, we are forced to extend the temporary shut-down period of the Olissippo Lapa Palace, Olissippo Oriente, Olissippo Marquês de Sá, Olissippo Saldanha and Olissippo Castelo until the end of the upcoming month of May.

Our cancelation policies remain flexible, and as such, any reservation may be canceled without costs, as long as it may be associated with the period our hotels remain closed due to the pandemic crisis. Regarding pre-paid reservations, the associated amount will remain as a deposit to be applied on a further date.

Our Sales & Marketing, Administrative, Financial and Human Resources Departments are operational, running via Work From Home, and all our usual e-mail addresses and telephone numbers are active to assure constant communication.

All aforementioned measures may be subject to updates according to the Health Authorities or Portuguese Government recommendations.
