Under the new measures announced on the 24t h of March latest, and taking into consideration the guidelines issued by the General Health Department, and the Portuguese Government related to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, we hereby inform that we will be temporarily closing our hotel Olissippo Oriente, starting on the 10t h of April up until the 30t h of April.
In this new context, the Olissippo Lapa Palace, Olissippo Oriente, Olissippo Marquês de Sá, Olissippo Saldanha and Olissippo Castelo, shall remain inactive until such date.
Our cancelation policies remain flexible, as well as the postponement of reservations, and as such, any reservation may be cancelled without costs, as long as it may be associated to the period our hotels remain closed due to the pandemic crisis. Regarding pre-paid reservations, the associated amount will remain as a deposit to be applied on a further date.
We are maintaining the Sales & Marketing, Administrative, Financial and Human Resources Departments running via Work From Home, and all our usual e-mail addresses and telephone numbers are active to assure constant communication.
The aforementioned measures may be subject to updates, under the recommendations issued by the Health Authorities or the Portuguese Government.
